Equipment for Interactive Road Trip.

After more thinking about the interactive road trip I would love to film. I started thinking about the small details such as camera positions how to get the best shots and how the followers votes can be counted whilst were travelling.

With regards to the cameras i think if we had two small HD cameras on the dashboard. Something like GOPRO HD HERO would be great for the trip but there expensive. Small handy cams would work if we could secure them properly.
One of the cameras would be pointed at the interior, with the drive and passenger in shot. The second would be aimed out the front of the car to get a view of where we are travelling.

The same would go for the rear of the car, we could place the cameras on the parcel shelf with one aiming out and one aiming in. I think we would need a tracker car or even a second car on the road trip to get action shots of the car on the move. the passenger in each car can get shots of the other car.

With regards to the voting we would need somebody sitting back home, at the laptop counting all the votes on social media sources we have available.

This is a project i think could catch on, the audience would feel involved by making choices and would lead us into the unknown. where all kind of crazy stuff could happen.
